BREAKING: Trump REFUSES TO STEP DOWN Congress VOTES For Removal⚡…

A newly unsealed federal court order has triggered serious concern across legal and political circles. A judge has found a realistic likelihood that Trump’s Justice Department may have pursued criminal charges against an immigrant, Kilmar Abrego Garcia, in retaliation for his legal victory against the administration.

Abrego Garcia had been deported to El Salvador in direct violation of a federal court order. Courts at every level—including the Supreme Court—ruled the deportation illegal and ordered the government to bring him back. Shortly after that loss, the Justice Department suddenly prioritized criminal prosecution against him.

The judge rejected multiple DOJ claims of privilege and ordered internal communications released, citing due process concerns. Evidence suggests senior Trump-appointed officials may have been involved, raising alarms about vindictive prosecution.

This ruling doesn’t accuse Trump personally, but it places judicial weight behind claims that prosecutorial power may have been used for political retaliation. The documents now coming to light could have major legal and political consequences.
