Breaking: Beyonce and Taylor Swift are about to have a BIG Endorsement Concert: “No more silence; before it’s too late, our voice must be heard NOW!”
Beyonce are coming together to support Kamala Harris campaign and pledge to support the campaign with huge amounts of millions.
The 2024 Democratic National Convention is set to be a historic event, as Vice President Kamala Harris will become the first Black woman and first Asian American to lead a major party ticket. Fans are also hopeful that global icons Beyoncé and Taylor Swift might make special appearances. The convention kicks off in Chicago on Monday, with Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, the vice presidential nominee, delivering a speech on Wednesday. Harris will conclude the event with her acceptance speech on Thursday night.
Notable speakers include President Joe Biden, former President Barack Obama, and Bill and Hillary Clinton. However, for fans of Beyoncé and Taylor Swift, the pressing question is whether their favourite artists will take the stage in support of Harris.
Adding to these connections, Beyoncé’s team granted Harris permission to use her 2016 song “Freedom,” featuring Kendrick Lamar, on the campaign trail. Harris first used the song during her visit to campaign headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware, right after President Joe Biden exited the 2024 race and endorsed her. Harris’s use of “Freedom” is far from Beyoncé’s first foray into supporting presidential candidates through her music. In 2009, she sang for former President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama during their first dance at the Neighborhood Inaugural Ball. In 2013, she famously performed “The Star-Spangled Banner” at Obama’s second inauguration. And in 2016, she and her husband, Jay-Z, headlined a rally for Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton in Cleveland, Ohio.
