The Kennedy Center could get new acts to fill their schedule. The basic problem is that there is no audience in DC for the new acts they could find and the acts for which there is an audience won’t play there anymore. DC is not Branson, Missouri. They’re stuck.
If only universities, law firms & CEOs of companies had as much courage as artists protesting the decimation of the Kennedy Center. And make no mistake, these artists are charged a hefty fee for pulling out. They are sacarificing for their principles. These others bent the knee in 2.5 seconds. Never forget who said yes to Trump.
