Prince William is infuriated by Meghan stirring up trouble with Duchess Kate: “She has harmed my wife because…”
Prince William is not allowing his brother and estranged Prince Harry come anywhere near his ailing wife Catherine, a royal author claimed on Wednesday. The Princess of Wales, who is also known by her maiden name Kate Middleton, announced in March that she was suffering from an undisclosed form of Cancer.
As per media reports, Christopher Andersen, author of “The King said, “They (Harry and Kate) were once extremely close, and Harry was hit hard by the news of her cancer diagnosis, which he learned about just the way the rest of us did, via Kate’s shocking video.”
Andersen further claimed that the estranged younger prince would love to “reconnect” with his sister-in-law Kate, however, “unfortunately, it doesn’t appear [Prince] William is willing to let his brother anywhere near his ailing wife.”
In a conversation with Fox News, the royal author said that there has been “too much drama” between the brothers and their wives and that the bitterness on the same is still lingering in everyone.
“So, the chances of even a meeting between Harry and the rest of the royal family, much less some sort of reconciliation, seem extremely slim,” he further said.
In March this year, the Princess of Wales shared an official message saying that she is undergoing cancer treatment, while adding that she is in the early stages of her treatment. In the official video released on March 22, Princess Catherine said that it was a ‘huge shock’ for them after an incredibly tough couple of months’.
Sending a positive message, she said “I am well and getting stronger every day.”
Asking other cancer patients to not lose faith and hope, the princess said ‘You are not alone’. She also asks for ‘time, space and privacy’ as she completes her treatment. She added that Prince William had been doing everything to process it ‘privately’, especially for the sake of their young family.
Having William by my side is a great source of comfort and reassurance too. As is the love, support, and kindness that has been shown by so many of you. It means so much to us both,” she said in the video message.
Prince Harry arrived in London on Tuesday to mark the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games but as per a spokesperson, he won’t see his father during the visit.
King Charles III, who returned to his official duties last week after being sidelined for three months with cancer, is too busy to meet up with his youngest son, the spokesperson for the Duke of Sussex said.
“The duke of course is understanding of his father’s … commitments and various other priorities and hopes to see him soon,” a statement added.
