Adam Bielan, surrounded by microphones and US stars, announces to the world that the head of the Polish government – Donald Tusk – is a “persona non grata”. The politician who has accused Trump of treason and never backed down from it is supposed to be denied entry into the White House.

Mr. Bielan, are you serious? Standing under the flag of a foreign country you publicly spit on your own prime minister and the government of the Republic? This is no longer ordinary opposition criticism. This is classic licking Trump’s shoes and acting to undermine Polish interests.

Nawrocki’s camp and that whole crew have apparently recognized that it’s more important to flatter Americans than loyalty to your own country. Instead of defending Poland – they are making foreign leaders clackers. Embarrassing, humiliating, and dangerous.
Once PiS shouted “Poland above all”. Today it is clear that for them “Trump above everything” – even above Poland.
